Miss Lily
Teacher
Miss Lily, a certified Infant Teacher through EEC, brings over six years of experience to her role, demonstrating a deep love for working with young children. Her calm and nurturing nature creates a supportive environment where her students thrive. Miss Lily especially enjoys engaging her students in arts and crafts, dance, and yoga. Outside of the classroom, she cherishes time with her little sister and her dogs. She also loves fishing and practicing yoga, finding joy and relaxation in these activities.
Miss Destiny
Director
Miss Destiny is the Director at Milestones in Salisbury, bringing over a decade of expertise in early childhood education and psychology. Her deep passion for child development is evident through her extensive experience in behavioral management, special needs, and family engagement. Destiny’s diverse background includes roles at daycare centers serving children with autism, developmental delays, and military families at Hanscom Air Force Base. Outside of work, she treasures quality time with her husband and daughter, whether it's enjoying movies, music, swimming, dining out, or making lasting memories with loved ones.
Miss Lexi
Teacher
Miss Lexi, a licensed EEC toddler teacher, is renowned for her vibrant classroom, where dance parties, creative art projects, and sensory play are staples. Her passion for teaching is deeply rooted, with a special connection to Milestones, having been inspired by her former preschool teacher, Miss Kate, and joining the team at just 16. Outside of work, Lexi delights in family time, especially with her niece Aleah and her 3-year-old cat, Kiwi. She also enjoys chasing sunrises and sunsets, painting, reading poetry, and fishing.
Miss Kianna
Teacher
Miss Kianna brings a decade of experience from the healthcare field to her new role in early education, driven by her passion for nurturing and supporting those around her. In the classroom, Kianna thrives on learning from both her students and colleagues, constantly seeking new insights and growth. At home, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, son, and three dogs. Kianna is her daughter's biggest cheerleader at gymnastics, loves taking walks to the park with her son, and finds joy in music, shopping, and cooking for her family.
